Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website. Any work we do at your property is governed by its own signed contract, not by this page.

Last updated September 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using this website you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

Your use of the site is also covered by our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to send us an inquiry through this site. If you are younger than that, ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

2. Who we are

Supreme Pools Inc (“Supreme Pools”, “we”, “us” or “our”) builds, remodels, repairs and services swimming pools in the Monterey Bay area of California. We publish this website at supremepoolsinc.com (the “site”). “You” means anyone who visits or uses it.

You can reach us by email at supremepoolsincc@gmail.com, by post at 125 Winham St, Salinas, CA 93901, by phone at (831) 998-1779, or through the form on our contact page.

3. The site is information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about pools and about the work we do. Guides, service pages and city pages describe how projects usually go in this region. They are not legal, engineering, architectural or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for what the agency reviewing your project requires.

Rules change. Where the site describes a permit, an inspection or a code requirement, we say where the information came from and when we last checked it. The agency that issues your permit sets the current rules, and those rules control. Check with your building department, your water provider and any homeowners association before you rely on anything you read here.

We may correct, change or remove anything on the site at any time, without notice.

4. Estimates, quotes and inquiries

The form on this site is a request for contact. Sending it does not create a contract, hold a place in our schedule, or commit either of us to anything.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a binding price. Scope, price, schedule, materials and availability exist only in a written contract signed by you and by us. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

5. Work at your property has its own contract

These terms govern the website only. Any construction, remodelling, repair or maintenance work is governed by the separate written agreement for that work, together with any change orders to it. Where these terms and that agreement disagree about the work, the agreement controls.

6. Photos and past projects

Photographs on this site show past projects. Where an image comes from somewhere else, its credit and licence are listed on our projects page.

Every site is different. Soil, slope, access, drainage, utilities, permitting and your own choices all change the result. Nothing shown here is a promise of a particular design, finish, timeline, price or outcome for your project.

7. Service area

We list the towns and areas we serve so you know roughly where we work. Listing a town does not guarantee that we can take your project, reach your site, or meet a particular schedule. Availability depends on the work, the season and how far ahead we are booked. Ask us.

8. Reviews and ratings

Where the site shows reviews or a rating, those are the opinions of the people who wrote them, published on our Google Business Profile. We do not edit them and we do not vouch for them. One customer’s experience is not a promise of yours. Read the reviews in full on Google before you rely on them.

9. Our content, and what you may do with it

We own or licence the text, photographs, drawings, layout, design, logo and other material on this site, and it is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Our name and logo are our trademarks.

You may view the site, and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep our notices intact. Without our written permission you may not copy, republish, sell, licence or make a derivative work from any part of the site, and you may not use our name, logo or content in your own marketing.

10. How you may and may not use the site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site as it is meant to be used. You agree not to:

  1. use the site for anything unlawful, or in any way that harms us, our customers or anyone else
  2. send false, misleading or impersonating information through our form, including someone else’s contact details
  3. use the form to send advertising, solicitations or bulk messages
  4. scrape, crawl, harvest or copy the site or its content with automated tools, or reuse it to train a model, without our written permission
  5. upload or transmit malicious code, or probe, scan or attack the site or the systems behind it
  6. interfere with the site, or try to get around any security or access control

We may restrict or block access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be available, uninterrupted or secure, that it is accurate or current, that defects will be corrected, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the site at your own risk.

This section is about the website. It does not limit any warranty we give you in a signed contract for work at your property.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that applies to you, any warranty we cannot disclaim is limited to the narrowest scope and shortest duration the law allows.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Pools and its owner, employees, contractors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the site or these terms, whatever the legal theory, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for every claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for wilful injury to a person or to property, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

These limits apply to the website. They do not limit our obligations under a signed contract for work at your property. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, and where that is so our liability is limited to the least the law allows.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Supreme Pools and its owner, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the site, anything you send through it, or your breach of these terms. We may take over the defence of any matter you have to indemnify, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with us.

15. Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It changes how a dispute between us is resolved and limits how you can bring a claim.

This section covers disputes about the website and these terms. A dispute about work at your property is governed by the contract for that work.

Talk to us first. If you have a dispute with us, write to us at the postal address in section 19, describe the problem, and say what you want. We will do the same if we have a dispute with you. Give the other side 30 days to work it out. Starting here is a condition of bringing an arbitration.

Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve it within those 30 days, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will be settled by final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or under its commercial rules where the association decides those apply. The rules are published at adr.org. The arbitration will be held in Monterey County, California, or by phone, video or written submission if you would rather. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, and arbitration fees are allocated under those rules.

Class action and jury waiver. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and never as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person’s claims. If a claim reaches court for any reason, you and we each give up the right to a jury trial.

What this does not cover. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead. Either of us may ask a court for an injunction or other emergency relief to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorised use of the site. A claim for public injunctive relief may be brought in court, and that claim alone stays out of arbitration. Nothing here stops you from reporting a concern to a state or federal agency.

How to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and the class action waiver. Write to us at the postal address in section 19 within 30 days of the day you first use the site, or within 30 days of sending us an inquiry, whichever is later, and include your name, your address and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out changes nothing else in these terms, and we will not hold it against you.

If part of this section fails. If the class action waiver is held unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be decided in court rather than in arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies to every other claim.

16. Governing law and venue

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. For any claim not settled by arbitration, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Monterey County, California, and each of us gives up any objection to that venue.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Changes take effect when they are posted. If you keep using the site after that, you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. A change to section 15 does not apply to a dispute you told us about before the change.

18. General

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the smallest extent needed and the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, including to a buyer of our business. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and replace anything said about it before. Sections 9 to 16 survive after you stop using the site.
