Privacy Policy

What this site collects, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

Last updated September 15, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

Supreme Pools Inc (“Supreme Pools”, “we”, “us” or “our”) publishes the website at supremepoolsinc.com. This policy explains what we collect through the site, including the quote form, and what we do with it.

It does not cover what another company does with information you give it directly, and it does not change the terms of a signed contract for work at your property.

2. What you give us

There are two forms on this site: a short one on the home page, and a fuller one on the quote and contact pages. Both ask for your name, your email address and the kind of project you have in mind, and neither will send without them. The full quote form also asks for the city your project is in, and it will not send without that either. Your phone number is optional on both forms, and so is the description of the project on the full one, though either helps us give you a useful answer.

Please keep the form to your pool project. It is not the place for financial account numbers, government identification numbers or health information. If that kind of information turns up in a message, we take it out of our records when we notice it.

When you call us or write to us, we keep what you tell us so we can answer you, and so we can do the work if you hire us.

3. What the site collects on its own

When you send the form, our system records the date and time, the page you sent it from, and the country our hosting provider works out from your connection. We do not store your IP address, your browser or your device details alongside your inquiry.

Cloudflare hosts this site, receives the form and stores inquiries for us. Like any host, it processes the ordinary information your browser sends when it asks for a page, including your IP address, so that it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks and automated abuse. The form also runs a Cloudflare spam check, which sends your IP address and a token from your browser to Cloudflare to tell a person from a robot.

The form also contains a hidden field that only automated software fills in. If it is filled in, we treat the submission as spam and do not process it. Alongside each inquiry we record whether the spam check could be completed, and whether the email that tells us about the inquiry was sent, so that we can fix problems with the form.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location from your IP address, and general device and browser information. We also record two events: when someone taps a phone number, and when a form is sent. The second one tells us that a form was sent. It does not include anything you typed.

4. How we use it

We use what you send through the form to answer you about your project. In practice that means:

  • replying by phone, text or email, and arranging a site visit
  • preparing the estimate or proposal you asked for
  • doing the work and keeping the records a contractor keeps, if you hire us
  • keeping the business and accounting records a business has to keep
  • checking that your submission is genuine, and keeping spam and abuse off the form
  • bringing or defending a legal claim about your project, if one arises

We do not use what you send to market to you, and sending an inquiry does not put you on a marketing list. We do not sell or share personal information.

5. Cookies, analytics and your choices

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. The only cookies we set ourselves are Google Analytics cookies, with names such as _ga, _gid and _gat. They tell us whether a visit is new or returning and how people move through the site. We run no advertising cookies and no retargeting. On pages with the quote form, the Cloudflare spam-check widget may also store information in your browser while it confirms you are a person.

We use what Google Analytics collects to understand how the site is used overall, so that we can improve it. That work draws on analytics information, not on anything you typed into the form. Google Analytics is run by Google, and Google may collect information about your browsing over time and across other websites that use its services. Google describes what it does with that data in its own privacy documentation.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings, and block or delete them there. Google also publishes a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off everywhere. Blocking these cookies does not stop you using the site or the form. Blocking the Cloudflare spam check may stop the form from sending.

Do Not Track: some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, and there is no agreed standard for what a site should do when it receives one. This site does not respond to it.

Global Privacy Control: some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control signal, which tells a site not to sell or share personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so the signal changes nothing about how this site treats you.

6. Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.

  1. Cloudflare hosts the site, receives the form, stores inquiries in a database on our account, and runs the spam check.
  2. Google provides the analytics described above and receives the usage information it collects.
  3. Brevo sends the notification email that tells us an inquiry has arrived. It goes from our own website address to our inbox, it carries what you put in the form, the page you sent it from and the time it arrived, and a copy goes to our website agency.
  4. We Are Machina, the agency that built and maintains this site, administers the hosting, form, storage and email services on our behalf and receives a copy of each notification email. The agency can see form submissions in the course of that work. You can read about it at wearemachina.com.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, in response to a lawful request from a public authority, where we need to protect our rights, our property or someone’s safety, or if our business is sold or reorganised, in which case inquiry records may transfer with it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes described above, including our business records and anything we are required to keep, and then we delete them or strip out what identifies you. Analytics information is kept under the retention setting on our Google Analytics property.

If you want your inquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete it, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason. We handle those requests by hand.

8. Your choices and your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from
  • correct it, if it is wrong
  • delete it
  • stop contacting you, at any time

These include rights you may have under California law. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is no sale or sharing for you to opt out of.

Email your request to supremepoolsincc@gmail.com and say what you want. You can also write to us, call us, or use our contact form. We may ask you for enough information to be confident the request is really yours, and we will use what you give us for that purpose only. We will not treat you differently, or give you worse service or a worse price, because you exercised a right.

You can also switch off analytics yourself, with the browser controls described in section 5.

9. How we protect it

Your inquiry travels to us over an encrypted connection and is stored with our hosting provider on an account that only we and our agency can reach. Access to the inbox that receives inquiries is limited to the people who answer them.

No website or database is completely secure, and we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will always stay private. Please keep the form to what we need to answer you.

10. Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, tell us and we will delete it.

11. Other websites

The site links to places we do not run, including our Google Business Profile and the state contractor licence lookup. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s website, and their privacy policy governs what they collect. We are not responsible for their practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. If we make a material change to how we use information you have already sent us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept it.

13. How to contact us

Email us at supremepoolsincc@gmail.com, call (831) 998-1779, or use the form on our contact page. If you are making a privacy request, please say so, so that we can route it to the right person.

Our postal address is Supreme Pools, 125 Winham St, Salinas, CA 93901.
